During her civilian career with the Air Force, she established & led a mentoring council, providing mentoring opportunities to over 62,000 active duty, reserve, & civilian personnel.
Henson's ability to build relationships & connect with others has made her an ideal instructor for training courses & presentations, which she has delivered to diverse audiences across the globe. She has also played a key role in the creation & sustenance of organic training teams at various Air Force bases worldwide.
