C2H was founded in 2020. When the world was focused on stopping a global pandemic, the C2H founders saw a need to connect people and organizations. With the founders having vast experience in leadership development, human domain training, and curriculum development, it was time to re-imagine leadership and followership with a fresh approach for the 21st Century. C2H stands for connecting heads to hearts. Bridging the cognitive domain to the affective domain to effectively grow Leaders of Tomorrow, Today. That is what we stand for, and each of our services will be executed with this foundation. Our proprietary and intellectual property center around this construct and has proven that this approach is necessary and essential for organizational success. We are not just leadership focused. C2H is/has expanded into multiple disciplines based on the founders' strategic insight on growth and stability in markets where we can make a difference in the lives of our customers. We started with a focus on military clients and sports organizations. Immediately, we found our niche in a robust space by executing strategies from red-ocean and blue-ocean methodologies.
